Jay Meyer is a registered pharmacist and has been the
president of HealthCare Pharmacy Inc. for 10 years. HCP provides medications to over 10,000 residents in Kentucky,
Indiana, Michigan and Ohio; in various settings such as group homes, assisted
living, nursing facilities and correctional institutions. HealthCare Pharmacy
has been in business since 1938 and has 185 employees. Jay is also the
president of NetRx and The Senior Care Pharmacy Alliance (SCPA).

Ginny Roberts |

Ginny Roberts started working in the LTC Pharmacy
industry January 1, 1974. As one of the pioneers of LTC pharmacy, she
understands the competitive nature of the business. Ms. Roberts has
assisted independent owners through the tough times and now in the good
times. She understands the cyclical nature of this industry. Ginny is
always pushing owners to look ahead at the opportunities available to them.

Elias J. Coury

Elias J. Coury is the CEO and owner of Pharmed Corporation founded in 1971 by
his late father Joseph. Pharmed distributes medical supplies, equipment and
pharmaceuticals to the long-term care industry, physician offices, and other
alternate site markets in Ohio. While working with his father in the business,
he attended and completed his course of studies at Cleveland-Marshall College
of Law and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1987. He currently serves on the
board of directors for two national trade associations, the Health Industry
Distributor Association, and Senior Care Pharmacy Alliance. |

Gary J. Schoettmer,

Gary Schoettmer is
president and CEO of RNA Health Information Systems. RNA is a leading
developer of management software for long-term care pharmacies across the
United States. In addition, Mr. Schoettmer has been involved in the
ownership and management of long-term care pharmacies over the past 26
years. He is actively involved in numerous professional and industry
organizations including ASAP, ASCP, NCPA, NCPDP, and SCPA. Gary is a
graduate of Purdue University School of Pharmacy.
